Delete Your Account

You can delete your Nosik account and all associated data at any time. Deletion is permanent and free.

Method 1 — In the app (recommended)

Open the Nosik app.
Go to Profile.
Tap "Delete account".
Confirm the action.

After confirmation you will be signed out automatically.

Method 2 — Email request

If you no longer have access to the app, send a request to:

Subject: "Account deletion"

Please include the email address linked to your Google or Apple account.

We will process your request within 30 days and send a deletion confirmation to the email provided.

What gets deleted

Within 30 days of your request we will delete:

Your account (email, name, authentication provider identifier).
All pets you added.
All medications, reminders, and administration history.
All vaccines and veterinary appointment records.
Push tokens for your devices.

What is kept temporarily

For security and abuse detection, the following is retained for up to 90 days:

Anonymised server logs (IP addresses, request timestamps).

These are automatically deleted after this period.

Google and Apple accounts

Deleting your Nosik account does not delete your Google or Apple account — those remain yours. If you want to revoke Nosik's access to your Google or Apple data, do so in the relevant account settings:
